The CoolSafe System

Product Description

The CoolSafe System is a versatile cooling system is designed for 0.2ml tubes (strips or trays), 96-well and 384-well microplates, 0.5ml, 1.5ml, 5ml tubes. The cool chambers and cool bricks for different sized tubes are easily interchangeable, allowing for an extremely flexible system.
Each piece is engineered to hold cold temperatures longer: the Cool Bricks are specially formulated to maintain a constant temperature (1°C or –10°C) for up to 10 hours, and the CoolSafe box is made of triple density expanded polystyrene and molded under extreme pressure creating a durable container that guarantees temperature stability. The super temperature-conducting solid aluminum of the Cool Chambers surround the vast majority of the surface area of the microtube, keeping the entire sample or tray of samples cool for extended periods of time.

A complete CoolSafe System includes:
• 1 CoolSafe box with lid
• 1 Cool Chamber
• 2 Cool Bricks (1°C & –10°C)
